Buddhism 101 – Meditation – Thursday evenings

You are invited to attend and learn basic Buddhist meditation practices through May and early June.

No experience needed. Some discussion, some practicing, easy to learn.

 

Based on the Buddha’s teaching of the Full Awareness of Breathing.

Cost is free, dress is respectful casual. All are welcome.

      Sorry for the late reply – interactive Services on Thurs eves until 1st week in October, then Buddhism 101 on Oct 6th (1st Thursday?)
