Hondo Rental                                                    
1) One time rental – $100/hr                               
2) Ongoing rental – $70/hr                                  
3) Daily rental – $400 (8 hours)                          

Hondo and Basement Rental                          
1) One time rental – $150 /hr                              
2) Ongoing rental -$120/hr                                 
3) Daily rental – $600 (8 hours)                           

Boardroom Rental                                            
1) One time rental – $40 /hr                               
2) Ongoing rental -$40/hr                                   
3) Daily rental – $200 (8 hours)                          

• Booking an event – requires a $100 deposit to hold the date.
  Due at the time of booking.

• All renters must provide proof of 2 million liability insurance.
• The Hondo is 866 ft² and can accommodate a seating capacity of 100 people by utilizing the balcony space.
• The Boardroom is 287 ft² and can accommodate 8 to 10 people sitting around the boardroom table.
• The downstairs kitchen area is 820 ft² and can accommodate a seating capacity of 70 to 80 people.
