Free Community Yoga

Join Kelsea Monday evenings for a relaxing and free community yoga session starting on October 28 at the Calgary Buddhist Temple. This is open to everyone in the community, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi. It’s a great opportunity to unwind, stretch, and connect with others in a peaceful setting.

Mondays: 6pm-7pm
Address: 658 1 Ave NE  (Calgary Buddhist Temple)
What to bring: Yourself! Come in comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat, and water bottle. Snacks, tea, donations, or other offerings are also accepted.

Let’s come together to breathe, move, and relax.
*if you don’t have a mat I have limited extras to supply

      Yoga is every Monday at the Temple. Meditation & Reflection Sessions at the Temple are held every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of a month from 7-8pm. Then there is Seated Meditation before the Sunday service at the Temple for 30 minutes from 9:00 to 9:30am.
