BTSA Online Hanamatsuri Service

In this time of COVID19, the Buddhist Temple of Southern Alberta (BTSA) is posting an online Hanamatsuri service.  This service is in recognition of the birth of Siddhartha Gautama (The Buddha) who was born on April 8th in Lumbini Garden.

It will be available for viewing from Sunday, April 12 at 2:00 p.m. at the following link:

FaceBook Live Service – Apr 5

The Temple will be having the April Shotsuki Hoyo (Monthly Memorial) Live Stream service on Sunday, April 05, 2020. This service is in memory of those people whose date of death falls in the month of April.

The Sunday service will start at 10:00 am (MST) and will be streaming using Facebook Live from the group, Calgary Buddhist Temple Group on Facebook
