Pelvic Floor Dysfunction in women can cause multiple symptoms, which may include pain, pressure, or lack of bowel and bladder control. This one hour workshop on March 8th at 11:15am has been made available for the Ladies of the Calgary Buddhist Temple

Please join us Saturday, February 8 from 9:00 am to noon, to make homemade gyozas with Jackie’s special recipe! Beginners welcome!
Don’t forget that the ladies of the Temple are starting off 2020 by hosting a Workshop on Yaki Manju on Sunday, Jan 26 beginning at 11:30am.
