Pre-Service Meditation
Join us for a 30 minute meditation time prior to our main service. Everyone is welcome! If you are interested in meditation but do not have a practice, please come by 9:00 am and we can provide you instruction to get you started.

Service
All of our services are open to everyone and no prior knowledge or experience with Buddhism is necessary. The services are conducted in English except for some chanting. Service books are provided so that everyone can participate in these traditional, centuries old chants.
