The 2015 Calgary Buddhist Temple Membership forms are in the process of being printed and distributed. They will also be available at services in the upcoming weeks and will be mailed out to our older members. You can also download a pdf version, print out a copy and either mail in the completed form with a cheque or bring it in on Sundays or Wednesdays during service.
