Just a reminder that our temple will be hosting a special joint Vesak service this Saturday, May 15 beginning at 2:00 pm.
Vesak is a celebration of the Buddha’s birth, awakening and death that some of the schools combine in one single service in May.
It will be a joint service with teachers of Vietnamese, Tibetan, Mon, Khmer, Sri Lankan, Myanmar, Lao and Jodo Shinshu traditions.
