Morning meditation retreat – 9am (sharp!) through noon.
A mini retreat to experience a deeply calmed mind.
3 x 40 minute meditation sessions.

Please wear dull black or brown comfortable clothes and bring indoor socks or slippers.
Please do not consume coffee or stimulants beforehand.
It will be a silent retreat, attempting deep mind-calming discipline.
